My best selling micro cutters are perfect for use with Precious Metal Clay! These have a much deeper embossing element which allows you to use a clay thickness of approx 1mm-1.4mm to cut down on materials costs. These make the most adorable stud earrings, charms and tiny embellishments to add to your silver clay creations!

*Approximate size of items before firing (this does not include shrinkage)*

Acorn: 6x5mm
Apple: 6x6mm
Beech Leaf: 7x7mm
Maple Leaf: 7x8mm
Mushroom: 8x9mm
Oak Leaf: 10x5mm
Toadstool: 10x8mm
Welly Boot: 10x8mm

*How to use*

1) Roll out your PMC to a thickness of 1mm-1.4mm ~ you may need to use guides for an even thickness.

2) Gently press the cutter into the clay and pull straight up. If your clay is too sticky you might need to consider using a release agent or allow the rolled out clay to firm up a little before using your cutter.  You can also use cling film over the top of your clay when you cut to give a more 3D/puffy effect to your pieces.

3) Remove any excess clay from around the cut out shape and allow the pieces to dry out. Sand to remove any rough edges once dry.

4) Fire and polish your metal clay pieces as usual

*Care*

Clean with warm soapy water, isopropyl alcohol or baby wipes.
Do not expose to heat or sun.
Do not expose to harsh chemicals that can melt the PLA
Do not use in the dishwasher.

Please note that 3D printed cutters can occasionally have tiny imperfections where the nozzle lifts away from the cutter on its final layer and where the "seams" are. This is normal and to be expected of 3D printed cutters

My cutters are fully designed, printed and tested by myself to ensure the best quality possible.

Please note some of the pictures are shown using polymer clay of the same thickness for illustration purposes.
