Sunshine Cutters will regretfully not ship to international destinations unless specifically requested and paid for by the customer. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused but unfortunately it is just not feasible as a small business to continue with so many extra charges to face. Please contact us if you wish to purchase international shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Services - UK

Sunshine Cutters is a small business in the UK that designs and 3D prints all of its cutters in house. ​

• Items are usually in stock and ready to ship within 1-2 days but please allow 3-4 days if we are experiencing a high demand.

• We aim to ship using the service the you choose at checkout within 1-2 business days. The tracking number will be provided upon dispatch if your parcel has been sent using a tracked service. Purchases exceeding £15 in total (excluding postage charges) will be sent free of charge using a 2nd class service. 

• Please respect that we aim to use as few non recyclable materials as possible so your items will usually come shipped loose in a box or padded bag.

Missing/Delayed Parcels​

Unfortunately, occasional parcels go missing or are delayed in the postal service so please be patient for your items to arrive. If your goods have not been received after 10 working days from the dispatch date please contact us via email sunshinecutters@outlook.com

where we will do our best to rectify the situation. Claims of missing parcels will not be accepted before 10 working days of the dispatch date to allow ample time for the postal service to deliver your items.

Returns

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your physical items you are more than welcome to return them provided they have not been used and are in the original condition they were sent in.

• The Customer is responsible for any return costs and must return the item within 14 days of receiving them

• Digital items are strictly non refundable.

• If you have any problems at all please contact us and we will find a solution right away.
