 1) Roll clay out to approximately 2.5-3mm thick (2nd thickest setting on most pasta machines) and then roll it onto your cutting tile so it is well adhered.

2) Dip the cutting side of the cutter into a damp soapy sponge a couple of times (you can also dust the clay or cutter with cornflour for the same effect).

3) Press the cutter down firmly then pull straight up. You can also use the "double cut" method where you press the cutter in a little way, pull it off, then cut again over the top.

4) Bake your pieces and decorate as you wish. Cut onto the same tile you bake with to avoid distorting tricky shapes.

• Clean with lukewarm soapy water, isopropyl alcohol or baby wipes

• Do not expose to heat or sun

• Do not expose to harsh chemicals that can melt the PLA

• Do not wash them in the dishwasher (they will melt)

• Do not bend or flex the cutting blade

Each cutter is priced individually depending on the time it takes to print and the amount of material used. Therefore more heavily embossed/intricate cutters will cost more than the simpler designs.

This is also why some collections may seem cheaper than others as some will take less time to print.

Items are usually in stock and ready to ship within 1-2 days but please allow 3-4 days if we are experiencing a high demand.

If your purchases qualify for free shipping your parcel will be sent RM48 tracked regardless of the service you choose.

Please respect that we aim to use as few non recyclable materials as possible so your items will usually come shipped loose in a box or padded bag.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your physical items you are more than welcome to return them provided they have not been used and are in the original condition they were sent in. The Customer is responsible for any return costs. Digital items are strictly non refundable.

Unfortunately due to new product legislation laws, tariffs and an increase in parcels being returned to sender it is no longer viable for my small business to ship to international destinations. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
