Our cutters & Tools are now designed with our exclusive Hook Lock system to keep sets together and offer storage capabilities like no other. All of our products are designed to fit Ikea Skadis peg boards and pegs are available separately.
This simple tool allows you to make low profile, secure earring backs for your baked polymer clay stud earrings.
*WARNING*
DO NOT use superglue or resin to secure your posts before using this tool. The studs will need to be re-baked so use liquid polymer clay only if you wish to secure your posts in place before use.
*How to use*
1) Part bake (15 mins should suffice) and decorate your stud earrings as you wish and allow them to cool.
2) Apply stud posts with a dab of LIQUID CLAY ONLY and re-bake for 10 mins if you wish.
3) Use setting 4 on your pasta machine to cut out the circles using part one of the cutter
4) Gently apply one circle of clay to the earring post and slide down to touch the baked clay.
5) Splodge the top of the stud embedder hollow with a clean soapy sponge to prevent sticking (do this for every stud)
6) Put the stud post down through the hole and push firmly on the top of your stud earring, whilst twisting the stud embedder base 5 times. You can apply a part baked earring directly on top of the stud post at this point if you haven't previously secured the post to the earring.
7) Push the stud post through from the bottom so your stud pops out
8) Clean up as necessary to fit your shape. Isopropyl alcohol on a cotton bud will gently smooth and rough edges
9) Bake your pieces again face down on your tile for the full baking time use for your brand of clay.
*Care*
Clean with lukewarm soapy water, isopropyl alcohol or baby wipes.
Do not expose to heat or sun.
Do not expose to harsh chemicals that can melt the PLA
Do not use in the dishwasher.

*Pricing*
I try and keep my prices as low as possible to provide great value for money.
Each cutter is priced individually depending on the time it takes to print and the amount of material used. Therefore more heavily embossed/intricate cutters will cost more than the simpler designs as they take much longer to print.
Please note that 3D printed cutters can occasionally have tiny imperfections where the nozzle lifts away from the cutter on its final layer and where the "seams" are. This is normal and to be expected of 3D printed cutters
My cutters are fully designed, printed and tested by myself to ensure the best quality possible.
Thank you for supporting my small business.

*INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS*
Unfortunately due to new product legislation laws, tariffs and an increase in parcels being returned to sender due to incorrect addresses it is no longer viable for my small business to ship to international destinations. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thankyou for your understanding on this matter.
